When are Designers Available to Respond to Tickets?

Our design team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5).

Please note that we are closed on weekends, late weekday nights, and U.S. holidays. Additionally, our office operates with modified hours on Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Black Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Keep these times in mind if you're expecting a response during these periods.
